As 2025 draws to a close, we’d like to thank our clients & candidates for their continued trust and support throughout the year. It has been another positive and progressive year for Global Highland, and we’re proud to reflect on what we’ve achieved.
Throughout the year, our team has continued to strengthen our expertise across all divisions, maintaining a collaborative, people-focused approach at the heart of everything we do, and connecting talent and opportunity across the Highlands and beyond.
Alongside our own progress, we’ve seen a number of shifts across the recruitment landscape this year. Employers are increasingly focusing on skills and practical experience when hiring, while flexibility through remote and hybrid working continues to play an important role in attracting candidates. We’ve also seen the growing importance of employer branding, with authentic messaging and strong online presence influencing how candidates engage with opportunities.
2025 has also been a year of investment in the future. From strengthening internal processes to supporting long-term growth plans, we’ve remained focused on delivering knowledgeable, reliable recruitment solutions while adapting to the changing needs of both clients and candidates.
Community remains a key part of who we are. This year, we were proud to support local events, initiatives, and causes across the Highlands, celebrating the people and organisations that make our region such a special place to live and work.
Beyond the business, we’re proud to see our team making a positive impact across the wider Highland business community. Lyndsey continues to play a key role as President of BNI Highland, where she has been instrumental in supporting collaboration, mentorship, and relationship-building between local businesses. Her leadership within BNI reflects the values we hold at Global Highland — building strong connections, sharing knowledge, and supporting sustainable growth across the region.

Looking ahead to 2026, Global Highland is well positioned for continued growth. We are investing in additional headcount to meet increasing client demand across our existing markets, while also expanding our Talent Acquisition and Executive Search capabilities. This strategic focus will allow us to further strengthen our presence, support businesses at every stage of their growth, and help individuals access more career opportunities.
