Unrivalled in our area, Global Highland’s recruitment team includes trained and qualified consultants in the industry’s most advanced screening processes.  A team of 8 consultants are trained to deliver competency-based interviewing, which also includes 3 qualified consultants in occupational psychology.  

What is Occupational Psychology?

This includes two forms of assessment; skills based testing and personality profiling.  At Global Highland we have worked tirelessly to understand the contribution of behaviour to work success – and have realised the importance of using personality profiling in matching the right person to the job.  Personality profiling is also know by the name “psychometric testing”, and in order to deliver this to the industry’s recommended standard, consultants are required to qualify under criteria set by the British Psychological Society.  Global Highland houses three full time consultants trained to levels A & B under this criteria – enabling us to deliver the most advanced techniques available.  This includes testing and personality profiling using Saville & Holdsworth, Thomas International and Myers Briggs to name a few.

We have worked with a number of clients using psychometric testing to aid the selection of chief executives right down to manufacturing operatives.  Our dovetailed solutions in offering this alongside other services ensure clients get the best out of their recruitment requirements.
